1. Shipping Coverage We ship across India and internationally. Delivery availability and timelines may vary by country.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Domestic (India): 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- International: 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible domestic orders only. A nominal COD handling fee may apply.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
7. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and unboxing video proof.
